10ml vanilla essence
1 Smartbite Chocolate Brownie Premix
Preheat your oven to 180 degree. Whisk eggs, cream and vanilla essence together. Add brownie premix and mix well. Pour into a lined and greased 22 x 22cm baking pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Allow cooling when done, and then slice into squares. Serve with your favourite choice of topping.
Serving Suggestions: Whip up the remainder of your cream with seasonal fruit and serve!
