The Smartbite range is exclusive to Clicks, so don’t forget to stop by and get your hands on these guilt-free snacking goodies. The Smartbite Chocolate Brownie Premix is made with sunflower seeds and cocoa powder and contains no refined sugars. Ingredients
3 large eggs
125ml cream
10ml vanilla essence
1 Smartbite Chocolate Brownie Premix

Preheat your oven to 180 degree. Whisk eggs, cream and vanilla essence together. Add brownie premix and mix well. Pour into a lined and greased 22 x 22cm baking pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Allow cooling when done, and then slice into squares. Serve with your favourite choice of topping.

That’s my kind of dessert especially since it’s a healthier alternative to the usual brownie! I think adding the topping makes this dessert more decadent. It’s good to know how easy this is to make as well, that’s so amazing!
