To make these beauties you will need the following;

1/4 Chia seeds

2 Tablespoons of double cream Greek or Bulgarian yoghurt

1 Cup milk (almond or rice milk)

Frozen chopped up strawberries (half a cup)

Frozen chopped up pineapple (half a cup)

Method to make the chia seeds

Soak a ¼ cup of chia seeds in one cup of water overnight in the fridge. The chia seeds will be ready once it takes on a chewy, soft texture. Soaked chia seeds can be refrigerated for up to 5 days, so you can make a big batch at the start of the week.
