Food that keeps you glowing naturally

There are lots of tasty foods to help you glow naturally, to feel incredible and nourished from the inside out. I’m reading my favourite book at the moment which gives you easy tips on foods that are really good for your well-being, and I am so excited to share all these tips with you.

The varieties of foods that are covered in this book are real easy shop bought ingredients and certainly won’t break the bank. I created this recipe below that was prepared in less than 30 minute. Total bliss for those with hectic schedules during the week

Avocados are so good for you. Its a well known source of healthy fats, that keeps our hearts healthy and lowers cholesterol. Avocados are one of the best anti aging foods you can eat, and contains all the goodness your body loves. I can certainly eat this good boy with any dish of the day

To make this beauty you will need the following

Ingredients

Half a  cup of Whole wheat cous-cous (prepared per packet instructions)
1-2 fillets of white fish (I used hake)
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of tamari (gluten free soya source)
Ripe avocado (half)
4-5 cucumber sticks
Cherry tomatoes (Hand full and halved)
Chillies flakes

Method

Heat the coconut oil in a medium size pan over a medium heat. Add the fish and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes. Add the tamari sauce and simmer for about 3 minutes. Chop up all the other ingredients per the instructions. Add chillie flakes, salt and pepper on the avocado. Assemble your plate per this photo and Enjoy!
